Monster stats by CR
What a monster of each challenge rating usually has: hit points, Armor Class, attack bonus, save DC and damage per round. Every number is counted from the 330 monsters in the SRD 5.2.1 (the 2024 rules) themselves, so you can check any of them against a stat block. Sources at the bottom.

How the numbers are worked out
Typical is the median: half the monsters at that CR are at or below it, half at or above. The small numbers under it are the lowest and the highest. AC, attack bonus and save DC are whole numbers, so when the median falls between two of them both are shown, like +9–+10. Hit points and damage are rounded.
Attack bonus is each monster's best attack. Save DC is its highest DC, spell save DC included. Not every monster has a save DC, so the column says how many do, like "16 of 42".
Damage per round is what one monster deals on one turn with its actions, to one target, if every attack hits and every save fails, using the average damage printed in the stat block. With Multiattack I take its best combination; without it, its best single action. Extra damage that needs a condition, like Advantage, isn't counted, and a breath or other area effect counts for one target.
Not counted: spells, Bonus Actions, Reactions and Legendary Actions. So spellcasters like the Archmage or the Lich, and every monster with Legendary Actions, deal more than this table says.
One-off is the biggest Recharge or X/Day action a monster has, a dragon's breath for example. It isn't part of damage per round, and the column says how many monsters at that CR have one.
One monster has no damage number: the Hydra, which bites once per head, and its heads change during the fight. "Few monsters" marks a CR with only one or two SRD monsters, where the typical value is just those stat blocks. No SRD monster has CR 18 or 25 to 29, so those rows stay empty.
Building a monster? Start from its CR's row. Checking one you made? See where its numbers sit between the lowest and the highest. The monster list has every SRD monster by CR, and the XP and CR tables show what each CR is worth.
